The Cadillac Area Public Schools, Federal Title IX Complaint, Initiated March 26, 2021 : This is a newly filed OCR complaint, that included multiple charges of multiple violations of discrimination against Cadillac female athletes, that weren't settled in our 1st complaint January 28, 2016, plus new complaints.

Ohio Dominion University (GLIAC League), Federal Title IX Complaint, Initiated August 26, 2016 : Old Dominion and and the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), OCR Docket # 15-16-2230, was a complaint about them always making their women's basketball team, play as the warm up game, to the men's game. The result required the woman's and the men's teams, to rotate being the first game.

The Cadillac Area Public Schools, Federal Title IX Complaint, Initiated January 28, 2016 : OCR Docket # 15- 16- 1171, was a complaint that included multiple charges of multiple violations of discrimination against female athletes.

The Utica Community Schools, Federal Title IX Complaint, Initiated September 22, 2014 : OCR Docket # 15- 14- 1324, was a complaint that a female student athlete was discriminated against by the staff of Malow Junior High. This is the only one of my complaints, that I lost. I lost because the students parent lied about the facts.

The Fulton Schools, Federal Title IX Complaint, Initiated April 1, 2013 : OCR Docket # 15- 13- 1229, was a complaint about Fulton scheduling it's boys basketball games on prime time Friday evenings, but not their girls basketball.

The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, Federal Title IX Complaint, Initiated October 30, 2012 : OCR Docket # 15- 13- 1020, was a complaint about Plymouth-Canton providing a significantly superior baseball facility for boys versus its softball facility for girls.

The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), Federal Title IX Complaint, Initiated February 10, 2010 : OCR Docket # 15-10-4013, was a complaint about them always making their women's basketball team, play as the warm up game, to the men's game. The result required the woman's and the men's teams, to rotate being the first game.

Capital Area Activities Conference (CAAC) : The Michigan Women's Commission, filed an Eliot Larsen Complaint (MDCR # 400029) against the CAAC, that resulted in CAAC agreeing to alternate who plays varsity high school basketball at the Friday prime time slot of 7:30, one season boys, the next girls, beginning the 2009-2010 season.
